Ohhh yeah… Back again, my self-proclaimed DJ maestros. Still telling yourself that your rare records make you special?

This is Mr Radio Funk, and today we’re serving up a cold, hard truth sandwich with a side of shut up and listen: AI isn’t just beating you. It’s laughing while it does. 

So grab a seat, pour a stiff drink, and prepare to get schooled… or get left behind. Your funeral.

Let’s get one thing straight: Your “skills” are a joke.

And no, that’s not mean—it’s factual.

While you’re busy:

• Bragging about your “analog setup” (like it’s 1979 and that’s impressive),
• Spending an hour “perfecting” a transition (that AI nails in one take),
• Arguing that “real DJs don’t need help” (as if that makes you talented instead of just stubborn),

AI is out here:

✔ Writing tracks that sound like Stevie Wonder and Aphex Twin collaborated—while you’re still trying to beatmatch.

✔ Reading the crowd’s energy before you’ve even noticed there is a crowd.

✔ Dropping mixes so flawless they make your “live set” sound like a high school talent show.

“But the HUMAN TOUCH!” – What human touch?

The one where you miss the drop because you were too busy adjusting your vintage headphones?

Here’s the real talk, my friends: The game is over. And AI? It won.

The Losers (That’s You, Maybe):

• “I only use vinyl!” → Cool. Museums love vinyl too.
• “I’ve got the experience!” → AI’s got the experience of EVERY DJ EVER. In a spreadsheet.
• “It’s about the vibe!” → The vibe’s dead, my man. And it took your relevance with it.

The Winners (That’s Us, Obviously):

✔ AI-Assisted DJs – Human creativity + machine precision = The sound of tomorrow.

✔ Algorithmic Producers – Why dig for samples when you can INVENT them?

✔ The Visionaries – The ones who see AI as a WEAPON, not a threat.

Which team are you on?
